I stood under the Old Orchard Beach Pier in Maine to watch the waves roll in from the open ocean. I could smell Pier fries and hamburgers cooking from above! Summer of 2016.
The Old Orchard Beach Pier is home to many shops, bars and restaurants. The colorful pilings light up at sunset. The waves and setting sun provided a perfect setting for some really cool photographs. This image is one of the most popular photographs I have ever taken in Maine. I was a resident of Old Orchard Beach for nearly 8 years! Don’t die before you have the chance to taste pier fries!
